Instead of spending lot of money for the latest miracle diet pill, try using Cinnamon in our daily food intake. Sounds good right. ;-). Yeah! This is one of my favourite low cost natural weight loss tip.
Cinnamon makes the metabolism rate jump up and helps burn calories more quickly. You can add cinnamon to your daily food intake for example, you can even add pinch of powdered cinnamon to the green tea or to any herbal tea or even to the cup of coffee or sprinkle to any of your favourite dish or add to fruit juices.
Cinnamon lowers blood sugar levels along with bad cholesterol levels while having no effect on the good cholesterol. It prevents the body storing extra fat and help us to loose weight quickly. It also stops most food cravings and over eating.
Let me share one simple recipy: Cinnamon Tea
Boil half tsp of cinnamon in 1 cup of water and filter it, allow it to cool. Add one tsp of honey and mix well. Drink half of the liquid in the morning and the other half at night before bed. Try it and let me know by commenting below.
